Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Columbia, SC seeks a Relationship Specialist to join our in-person team. You will handle cash transactions, open deposit and savings accounts, discuss loans and retirement options, and build strong member relationships.

We value service, teamwork, and growth. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; weekend coverage may be required as part of a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven customer service skills and a sales mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic math skills for transactions and balancing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful in member interactions.
• Comfort with Windows-based PC products and software.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and handle deposits and withdrawals.
• Open deposit, savings and credit card accounts for members.
• Discuss loan and retirement products to meet member needs.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
