Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years in sales or member service with cash handling.
• Service‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn and teach others.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for helping members.
• Proficiency in processing transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with members to understand financial needs and promote products.
• Deliver exceptional member service and address inquiries promptly.
• Identify opportunities to expand membership and deposits.
• Balance teller responsibilities with platform services as needed.
• Help prevent fraud and support operational efficiency.
• Assist with daily branch tasks including opening/closing and outages.
• Handle personal and business account transactions and payments.
• Stay informed about Addition Financial products and industry trends.
