Job summary

Partners Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Professional II in California. You will build a network of member contacts, conduct outbound calls, and process a wide range of financial transactions to drive sales and member satisfaction.

With expert knowledge of credit union products, you will educate members on financial responsibility, handle memberships and accounts, and support branch operations including notary services. Prior Notary and NMLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• CA Notary license required.
• NMLS Certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook; basic computer skills.
• Experience with Episys (preferred).
• Experience with Springboard (preferred).
• Experience with Verafin (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Networking: identify and build a network of member contacts to create financial opportunities.
• Outbound Member Service & Sales: conduct outbound calls to enhance member service and drive sales.
• Transaction Processing: handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and checks.
• Member Needs & Financial Solutions: identify life events to recommend services.
• Cross-Selling & Promotion: promote objectives and cross-sell products to deepen relationships.
• Loan Processing & Mentorship: process consumer loans and mentor others.
• Product Knowledge & Member Education: explain features and benefits of products to educate members.
• Membership Account Management: process new memberships and manage multiple types of accounts.
• Quality Control & Compliance: ensure documents meet CIP, OFAC, ChexSystems standards.
• Branch Operations & Notary Responsibilities: support branch needs and provide notary services.
