Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent member service and conflict resolution skills.
• Two years’ experience in teller cash handling and cash dispense machines.
• Two years’ experience in the financial industry and credit unions is required.
• Spanish language skills preferred; CA Notary and NMLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and networking to build member contacts and opportunities.
• Outbound member service and sales to enhance service and drive sales.
• Process a wide range of financial transactions and assess member needs.
• Cross-sell products and educate members on financial responsibility.
• Mentor other staff; support branch operations and notary/medallion duties.
