Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and networking through qualified leads and referrals.
• Outbound calling as part of the Partners Sales and Service program.
• Process a wide range of financial transactions.
• Identify member banking needs and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell products/services to deepen member relationships.
• Process consumer loans and mentor other Members Experience Professionals.
• Educate members on features and benefits of credit union products.
• Open new memberships and manage accounts.
