Job summary

The Walt Disney Company partners with a credit union to place a Member Experience Professional II in California. You will deliver exceptional financial services, process transactions, and cross-sell solutions while supporting branch operations and compliance.

Responsibilities include outbound calls for the Partner’s Sales and Service program, mentoring teammates, and promoting financial products to meet member needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial services or credit unions.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and networking to build member contacts.
• Outbound member service and sales to drive growth.
• Process a wide range of financial transactions and explain solutions to members.
• Identify member life events and recommend banking services.
• Cross-sell products to deepen member relationships.
• Process consumer loans and mentor teammates.
• Educate members on financial responsibility and product benefits.
• Open memberships and manage accounts and services.
• Ensure quality control and compliance (CIP, OFAC, ChexSystems).
• Support branch operations and provide notary services and medallion signatures.
