VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist at our Villa Park club. As the first friendly face at the front desk, you greet members, build personal connections, and help them on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.

You will keep the club clean and organized, create a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to a motivating member experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Membership sales experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly at the front desk and set a welcoming tone
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options
• Keep the club clean and organized to maintain an inviting environment
• Assist with tours and conversions through confident conversations
