Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of credit union products, services, and regulations.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred; loan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chats, emails and text messages; provide accurate information.
• Input member information into systems and refer to internal partners as needed.
• Handle back-office tasks and resolve member inquiries and issues.
• Educate members on electronic services and new options.
