Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in Eggertsville, NY is hiring for a front-line Membership Sales Associate to drive acquisition, renewals, upgrades and cross-sells of BJ’s Loyalty Programs while handling returns and general member inquiries.

You will deliver fast, friendly service, process applications and orders, assist with BOPIC orders, and uphold club standards to ensure a safe, positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet membership sales goals and targets.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell BJ’s membership programs to new and existing members.
• Process applications and assist with BOPIC orders.
• Resolve member questions and escalate issues as needed.
