Villa Sport is seeking a proactive Member Experience Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy gym. You will oversee member services, ensure club cleanliness, and drive membership/sales goals while on duty when the GM is away.

You will lead a team, apply company sales systems, and help foster a welcoming, energetic environment. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and a 401(k) plan with matching.
