Responsibilities

• Assist in staff training and development.
• Oversee member services to ensure a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take information calls, assist with member check-ins and sign-ups.
• Give gym tours and engage potential members.
• Resolve member service issues and answer questions.
• Support Club Manager and team with staffing and operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain the gym's positive image.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Aid in marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
