Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Member Experience Manager to enhance the member experience and oversee customer service operations at EōS Fitness. Responsibilities include resolving member concerns and supporting front desk staff in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is between $16 and $18 per hour, with numerous benefits available.
