Talentify is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Dallas to be the first friendly face as members enter the club. You will welcome and assist members, upsell memberships and services, handle billing questions, and keep the front desk organized and on-brand.

You’ll support daily operations and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable with upselling and helping members.
• Organized, energetic and positive attitude.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in all members and guests.
• Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements and personal training.
• Answer questions, resolve billing issues and track front desk activity.
• Keep the front desk area clean, stocked and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day operations and team communication.
• Create a fun, professional and helpful experience for everyone.
