Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Senior Member Experience Associate to assist members with financial transactions, process payments and issue and accept negotiable instruments.

The role directs and schedules resources to meet branch cash flow needs while supporting teller line growth. You will manage the lobby queue, foster a hospitable member experience, and act as a liaison between walk-in members and centralized staff.

Qualifications

• Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience; minimum of one year Member Experience Associate II experience recommended.
• Education: A high school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial transactions, including cash exchanges, processing payments and issuing and accepting negotiable instruments.
• Direct and schedule resources needed to meet the cash flow operations of the branch while supporting management with teller line associates development.
• Manage the lobby queue process and foster a hospitable experience while members wait.
• Act as a liaison between walk-in membership and centralized staff.
• Support sales and service culture throughout the company, training objectives and other initiatives as directed.
• Match member needs with the CU employees that are best equipped to handle them.
