Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a dedicated facilities associate for our Arena Sports location in Issaquah, WA to maintain building operations and deliver top-tier service to members and guests.

You will perform daily custodial tasks, assist with maintenance of pools, turf, plumbing and electrical as needed, restock supplies, and greet visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to stay professional and friendly with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial tasks and preventive maintenance of the building and systems.
• Restock supplies and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Greet members and guests and respond to their needs.
• Attend events, programs, and training as required.
• Represent the club professionally in appearance and behavior.
• Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours.
