Qualifications

• Knowledge of policies and regulations relevant to club operations.

• 1+ year of hospitality or service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and check them in.
• Assist with guest registrations, bookings, and program/class reservations.
• Provide information about club programming, facilities, and services.
• Deliver excellent service and support to retain guests and drive repeat visits.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the club positively.
