Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and club tours.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space by completing daily cleaning tasks.
• Assist with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries at the front desk.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services with leadership support when needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies where applicable.
• Support Kids Club operations to ensure exceptional service for families.
