Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while achieving financial goals. The role reports to the District Manager and is a full-time supervisory/Exempt position.

The Club Manager will recruit and train staff, supervise front desk operations, and ensure staff adherence to company promotions and policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a great customer experience.
• Lead front desk tasks: greeting members, tours, handling service issues.
• Support both staff and club members.
• Maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
