VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist at our West Jordan location. You will be the friendly first contact, helping members with memberships, upgrades, and personal training options while keeping the club clean and inviting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service with a sales mindset, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to connect with diverse members. This role supports a positive gym community and member experience.

Competenze

• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse member base.

Mansioni

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
