Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Wisconsin invites a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a high-impact guest experience, promote memberships, fitness programs, and retail solutions, while building relationships that drive acquisition and retention.

You will guide tours, enroll members, partner with the Sales and Service Manager, and participate in local marketing campaigns. A strong background in service sales and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of service sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class guest experience and enroll new members using sales techniques.
• Prospect and generate leads, set appointments, and promote campaigns.
• Engage members with fitness offerings and maintain strong member relationships.
• Partner with the Sales and Service Manager to drive retention and profitability.
• Maintain a clean, friendly club environment and accurately use POS and membership systems.
