ONELIFE FITNESS is seeking a Membership Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead the member experience and drive enrollment. You will build relationships, conduct tours for prospects, and ensure onboarding success while meeting monthly membership goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication and people-management skills, and are comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems. Flexible hours including weekends and evenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• 2+ years sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills
• Organized, punctual, and customer-focused with a friendly, professional presence
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (MS Office, CRM/sales tracking)
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings)

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members and guide onboarding to ensure engagement.
• Recruit, convert, and retain members to meet monthly goals.
• Host tours, convert prospects, and onboard new members successfully.
• Generate local leads and support club marketing efforts.
• Track leads, appointments, and referrals in the CRM.
• Maintain high standards for member service, safety, and club appearance.
• Lead from the front and assist with day-to-day club operations.
