Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a sale or member service role and cash handling experience.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with members and promote credit union products.
• Deliver personalized service and address member inquiries promptly.
• Identify opportunities to grow membership and deposits.
• Assist with teller and platform services as needed.
• Process personal and business account transactions and payments.
