Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and using mobile retail apps.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service.
• Maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases; assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies for different membership and payment types.
• Follows company safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Handles merchandise according to procedures.
• Reports unsafe situations to management.
• Maintains entrance and exit areas and acknowledges members.
• Assists with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Zones and organizes merchandise and keeps the shopping area safe.
• Maintains records and documentation; participates in emergency procedures.
• Trains other members on processes and new technology.
• Ensures shrink and damages are minimized.
