Crunch Fitness in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet members, assist guests, and process sign-ups at the front desk. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt role focused on creating positive first impressions and accurate account updates.

You will handle phone inquiries, promote current promotions, operate the POS, and help keep the club tidy and well-stocked. Prior retail or service experience is helpful; you must be reliable, professional, and able

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Adhere to the uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag.
• Other duties as assigned.
