First Capital Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic Member Service Specialist/Receptionist for our Headquarters in York, PA. The role focuses on delivering a friendly greeting to members, visitors, and guests and providing prompt, courteous service in a financial institution setting.

Responsibilities include assisting members with transactions, answering phones, performing clerical duties, log maintenance, and guiding members to our tech station and coffee lounge.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and with all levels of management and staff.
• Positive, pleasant, friendly, and professional image within the workplace.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a customer service, office setting, or a financial institution preferred.
