Job summary

First Capital Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative (MSR/Teller) to join our team in York County, Pennsylvania. The MSR will conduct member transactions, provide account information, and deliver prompt, professional service that aligns with our mission to prioritize the financial wellbeing of members and the community.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication and listening skills, a courteous demeanor, and experience in financial institutions or retail

Qualifications

Must be professional and provide prompt, positive and courteous service to members
Assess member financial needs to promote and cross-sell products and services to meet sales goals
Operate a cash drawer and perform routine member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing)
Process member account requests including maintenance, name changes, and address changes
Show completion of a high school diploma or GED
Experience in a financial institution, retail cash operations or customer service is preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between First Capital and its members.
Conduct transactions and provide account information.
Provide prompt and professional service that reflects the organization’s mission and values.
