First Commonwealth FCU is seeking a friendly, service‑minded associate to help members with everyday transactions and accounts. You will support financial wellness by guiding members toward appropriate credit solutions and staying current on our products and services.

In this role you will use mobile and online banking tools, pursue certifications, and assist with loan processes while delivering a positive member experience in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail or customer service experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Strong oral and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Servicing member’s basic transactional needs.
• Conducting general account maintenance.
• Earning and maintaining Financial Wellness counselor certification to assist members with long-term goals.
• Using our Member Engagement Model to identify member needs and credit solutions.
• Following up on loan applications and closing loans.
• Staying current on FCFCU products and services.
• Using smartphones/tablets to demonstrate mobile/online banking.
• Maintaining knowledge of lending fundamentals, loan documents, and loan compliance (NMLS license).
• Making referrals to Mortgage and Investment specialists.
• Troubleshooting and resolving member objections.
