You will support transactional needs, maintain accounts, and work to deepen member relationships with a strong emphasis on financial wellness and credit solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in retail or customer service, solid communication skills, and a willingness to earn required certifications including an NMLS license.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail or customer service experience.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve members' basic transactional needs.
• Perform general account maintenance.
• Earn and maintain Financial Wellness counselor certification to assist members in achieving long-term financial goals.
• Utilize the Member Engagement Model to determine needs and develop credit solutions.
• Follow up on loan applicants and close loans.
• Keep current on FCFCU products and services.
• Demonstrate alternative banking channels using smartphones and tablets.
• Maintain knowledge of lending fundamentals, loan documentation and loan compliance (NMLS license).
• Make referrals to Mortgage and Investment specialists.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member objections.
