Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Moore, OK is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences at the front desk. The role includes membership sales, check-ins, and promoting programs while upholding Crunch service standards.

You must be friendly, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced gym environment; at least 1 year in a service role, strong communication, CPR/AED certification, and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate reading/writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm, supporting member engagement.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales and promotions.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations and guest conversions.
• Answers phones, checks in members, and maintains a clean, organized front desk.
