Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative responsible for providing exceptional customer service at their Conroe, TX location. This role includes greeting members, assisting with sales, and maintaining a tidy work area.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and a high school diploma. The position offers hourly pay between $12-14 plus benefits such as PTO, health insurance for full-time roles, and a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with a smile and enthusiasm.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
