Retro Fitness Annapolis is seeking a Front Desk Staff Member to greet members, check them in, and support daily operations at our facility. You will help ensure a friendly, efficient experience for all members while upholding brand standards.

You will handle member issues, drive membership sales and retention, assist with in-store merchandise, and ensure a safe, clean environment. Shifts may include opening or closing responsibilities with proper attire and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members as they arrive.
• Resolve member issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive membership sales and retention.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Sell in-store merchandise (smoothies, drinks, Pro Shop items).
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
• Assist with downtime tasks, upkeep, and facility walk-throughs.
• Open and close the facility as scheduled.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
