Retro Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Associate to be the face of the club, greeting members and guiding them through their first interactions. You will handle frontline duties, assist prospects over the phone, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

The role requires a positive, energetic personality with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask across responsibilities from member check-ins to retail sales, while maintaining club cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Sell in-store merchandise (e.g., Retro Smoothies, pro shop items).
• Maintain a safe and clean health club environment.
• Open or close the facility as scheduled.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
