Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking a Team Coordinator to manage front desk operations and ensure outstanding guest service. You will drive membership sales, support onboarding, and collaborate with the team to meet performance goals.

Full-time position with 6–8 hour shifts, including at least one weekend shift. The role emphasizes a member-focused approach, strong communication, and the ability to coach and motivate staff in a dynamic retreat environment.
