Job summary

Massage Heights in Colorado Springs is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to support leadership in delivering exceptional guest service and memberships sales. This role emphasizes coaching, training, and motivating the Front Desk Team to meet and exceed goals.

You will stay up-to-date on all services and promotions, model professional conduct, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive individual and retreat-wide success while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of face-to-face sales or membership sales.
• At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team.
• Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals.
