Invited Clubs is seeking a Front Desk Fitness Attendant to welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism. You will handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and promote club amenities while maintaining a spotless, organized front area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong verbal communication skills, and experience in customer service within fitness or hospitality environments. You’ll thrive in a team setting and contribute to a welcoming club experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service experience in fitness, hospitality, or similar.
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with members and guests.
• Experience maintaining cleanliness and organization in a public or recreational facility.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to assist members and respond to needs.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work approach.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out members and guests by name.
• Greet members with enthusiasm and promote club activities.
• Provide towel and water service during workouts.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate areas.
• Be knowledgeable about tennis, fitness programs, and class schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized entry areas and restock as needed.
• Attend daily briefings and support club operations as required.
