Job summary

The Front Desk Fitness Attendant at Invited shapes the members’ experience by delivering warm welcomes, assisting with inquiries, and managing check-ins and check-outs to create a smooth, friendly visit.

You’ll promote club amenities, coordinate with fitness staff, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a seamless guest experience. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred, with strong communication and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience, preferably in fitness/hospitality.
• Strong verbal communication to assist members and guests.
• Experience working as part of a team in a public or recreational facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and assist with inquiries.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs and address members by name.
• Promote club amenities, programs, and events to members.
• Ensure clean, organized entry areas and assist with towel and water services.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to club policies and safety guidelines.
