Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the first contact for members and guests, delivering friendly service and assisting with purchases and inquiries at the club front.

You will greet members, answer calls, check in members, sign up for classes, process POS transactions, and maintain a tidy lobby. A high school diploma and CPR/AED certification are required. This role offers advancement opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 6 months of customer service experience in health clubs, retail, hospitality or food service.
• Experience with multiple phone lines preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly at the front desk.
• Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Check in members and verify membership; sign up for classes.
• Sell supplements, apparel and other UFC Gym items.
• Process transactions on the POS system and handle payments.
