Job summary

UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh is hiring a Front Desk Representative to be the first contact for members and guests, delivering friendly customer service and guiding inquiries. You will assist with purchases, membership sign-ups, and class registrations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and at least 6 months of customer service experience in health clubs, retail, hospitality, or food service. We offer a hourly wage of $14.00 and a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide excellent front-desk service.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Check in members and assist with memberships and class registrations.
• Sell supplements, apparel and other UFC Gym retail items.
• Operate the point of sale system and process purchases accurately.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory or pricing when needed.
