Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Team Member to welcome members, explain memberships, and keep the club clean. You’ll greet guests, give tours, assist with sign-ups, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work opening shifts and weekends. You’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package including a Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership and 401k.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest by sharing information about memberships, programs, amenities, and tours.
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and inviting space.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail, check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts and services, with leadership support as needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies where applicable (Chuze Blends).
• Uphold Kids Club standards and assist with Kids Club operations as needed, ensuring exceptional service for families.
