Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest by sharing information about memberships, programs, amenities, and tours.
• Keep the club clean and inviting by completing daily cleaning tasks.
• Support front desk operations with memberships, retail, check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and services; escalate as needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies at clubs with Chuze Blends.
• Support Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and exceptional service for families.
