Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest with information on memberships, programs, and tours.
• Keep the club clean and inviting by completing daily tasks and assisting with maintenance.
• Assist with front desk operations, memberships, retail, check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts and services with leadership support when needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies where applicable (Chuze Blends).
• Support Kids Club operations to ensure family-friendly service.
• Leverage a Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership and discounts on CHuze purchases.
