Job summary

Mountainside Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to greet members, manage check-ins, and provide friendly customer service at the front desk. The role includes maintaining towels, assisting with equipment usage, and scheduling appointments as needed.

The position requires reliability, basic math and office skills, and the ability to perform cleaning tasks. CPR certification within 30 days is required and supported by the company. This is an on-site role at the Surprise location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• CPR Certification required within 30 days of start date – sponsored by Mountainside Fitness at no cost to you
• Able to maneuver throughout the club and equipment.
• Complete cleaning tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Check in all members and guests, greet by name, and assist with questions.
• Maintain towels inventory and assist with equipment usage.
