Mountainside Fitness is seeking a warm and dependable Front Desk Attendant to be the welcoming first contact for members and guests, providing friendly service and helping with needs. You will handle check-ins, answer questions, coordinate with departments, ensure safety, and keep the club running smoothly with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proactive and reliable with good time management.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and concerns
• Communicate relevant guest information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed
• Maintain club safety policies and a professional appearance
