Job summary

Excel Fitness in Culpeper, VA seeks a Full-Time Member Services Rep Front Desk to greet members, process check-ins, and promote memberships. You will maintain a welcoming club environment and ensure accurate cash handling and POS operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED training required before working alone.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned shift duties efficiently.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Assist members at front desk and with membership questions.
• Operate POS and input member data.
• Support GM/AM with promotions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory and restocking.
