Responsibilities

• Perform duties during your assigned work shift with professionalism.
• Monitor club cleanliness and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist members with the Planet Fitness app and updates.
• Input and update member data into tablets and the POS system.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Interact with members to deliver high-level customer service.
• Assist with member promotions and orientations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures.
