Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a part-time Team Member for our Culpeper club. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, assisting members with memberships, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. You will handle cash, operate the POS, and support leadership with promotions and daily operations.

The position requires standing, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends is important.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certifications are required before working alone; offered training within first 30 days.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Assist members and promote memberships.
• Operate cash register and balance drawers.
• Input and update member information on tablets and POS.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Assist GM/AM with promotions and operational tasks.
