The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule and adapt to club needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Respond to member needs and inquiries with prompt, accurate information.
• Provide courteous phone service and handle inquiries knowledgeably.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, provide receipts, and give change as needed.
• Promote Planet Fitness products and promotions to drive revenue.
