Job summary

Planet Fitness in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional member service and accurate payments in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering phones, resolving questions, and promoting membership benefits with a friendly, energetic attitude. Training hours may vary with club needs and a rotating schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to member needs and inquiries; provide accurate information.
• Handle phone calls professionally and convey information clearly.
• Resolve customer concerns with problem-solving and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club for part of the shift.
• Process payments, give change and receipts, and drive promotions to customers.
• Answer questions about policies and procedures in a clear, customer-friendly way.
