Job summary

Planet Fitness in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly greet members, handle inquiries, and process payments in a fast-paced club environment. This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a rotating schedule, with weekend availability being a plus.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent member service, answering calls with knowledge and courtesy, maintaining a clean club, and promoting club benefits and promotions.

Qualifications

• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Open or flexible availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to member needs and acknowledge all members.
• Provide telephone service, answer calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions and explain policies clearly to customers.
