24 Hour Fitness Fort Worth is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented team member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. Build trust-based relationships by listening to goals, understanding needs, and recommending personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

The role blends strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fitness, delivering a motivating member experience and contributing to a supportive community in our Fort Worth club.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit.
• Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our fitness offerings.
